Delete Your BPSCNotes Account
At BPSCNotes, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to permanently delete their account and associated data.
Delete your account from the app
- Open the BPSCNotes app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Request account deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, contact us at:

Please include:
- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address (if available)
- Full Name
Data that will be deleted
When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Profile information
- Personal details
- Study progress
- Quiz history
- Bookmarks
- Saved preferences
- Notification tokens
Data that may be retained
To comply with legal, tax and fraud prevention requirements, we may retain:
- Payment transaction records
- Purchase invoices
- Information required by applicable law
This retained information is stored securely and is not used for marketing.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
